Post the parcel is dispatched, shipping takes 3-6 business days depending on the customer's location.

We do not entertain any kind of exchange.
An exchange is only applicable in case of damage done to the product during transit but the customer shall provide an uninterrupted parcel opening video as proof that the damage happened during the transit and not after the customer had opened the package.
The shipping charges in this case shall be borne by the company
The pickup and drop facility may be provided from our end if delivery partners provide that service or else the customer will have to send the properly packed product to us via India post only and expenses borne on this will be refunded or adjusted in the next order.
The pick-up shall take place within 2 days of the request being placed. Please make sure the product is packed the way it came, in all its original packaging. Also, please make sure the original Dusk and Dawn box is also included.
Once it reaches back at our warehouse and passes all our quality check standards, we shall send you a new piece. Please note that the same product may not be available by the time the damaged product reaches us. In that case, the customer is free to opt for another product of equal or more value (and pay any differential amount) or claim a full refund.
This process takes a time period of 8-10 days.
